If you're not a chocolate fan but you still want a sweet treat, these gluten free/ wheat free blondies are for you. They are fabulous and quite a specialty. These gluten free/ wheat free blondies are wheat free, casein free, soy free, dairy free, corn free, gluten free and potato free!

Just add eggs, oil and water for the best blondies ever.

HINT: Add Chocolate Chips, Nuts, or Raisins!

One mix makes a 13"x9" pan of blondies. 2.2 lb mix

Sweet rice flour, evaporated cane juice, brown sugar, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, vanilla, rice milk powder, salt and xanthan gum.

Reduce the oil by half and add in apple sauce by half of what you reduced. So if the recipe calls for 1 cup oil use 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup of apple sauce. It makes them a little bit lighter and very tasty.

Add banana and oatmeal for delicious flavor and added texture.

Add some peanut butter chips to the batter.  When the batter is in the pan
add about 1/3 cup of chocolate syrup and swirl for a marble effect.  Yum!
