Q: Why don't you have a toll-free phone number?
A: Toll Free Numbers are very expensive and that cost would raise our prices 10%. If you cant afford the call email us your phone number and we will call you. Or email us. Most people have cell phones, VOIP, or other free long distance.
Q: I only received part of my order, did you forget it?
A: All Bella Mira Essentials and a few other items; are sent straight from the manufacturer or our warehouse to save you money and time as well as reducing impact on the environment from shipping each item over 3 times.
Q: How long does it take to get my order once it is placed?
We usually ship items as soon as payment clears ( yes even credit card charges can bounce) which can take up to 72 hours. We ship priority mail or FedEx. I usually takes about 1- 1 1/2 weeks.
Q: Do you email tracking info/ How will I know when my order ships?
A: We do not send tracking numbers. If you do not receive you order within a week please notify us and we cant then send the tracking info if needed. This saves us time and staff as our shopping cart does not track this.
Q: I have questions about the quality of Bella Mira Essentials Oils, I don't believe any are better than Young Living. Every other brand claims they are and they turn out to be terrible.

A: Our newsletter is supposed to come out monthly, but lately it has been bi-monthly. We think it is very dishonest and mean to sell email addresses. Our list is safely encrypted, and we promise we will not sell it.
