Q: Why don't you have a toll-free phone number?
A: Toll Free Numbers are very expensive and that cost would raise our prices 10%. If you cant afford the call email us your phone number and we will call you. Or email us. Most people have cell phones, VOIP, or other free long distance.
Q: I only received part of my order, did you forget it?
A: All Bella Mira Essentials, Blackwing Meats, Wines, Astrogenesis Software, Kefir, and a few other items; are sent straight from the manufacturer or our warehouse to save you money and time as well as reducing impact on the environment from shipping each item over 3 times.
Q: How long does it take to get my order once it is placed?
We usually ship items as soon as payment clears ( yes even credit car charges can bounce) which can take up to 72 hours. We ship priority mail or FedEx. I usually takes about 1- 1 1/2 weeks.
Q: Do you email tracking info/ How will I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped. You can click on that link to see exactly where your order is. You will only get a tracking number for items from the OK warehouse, most essential oil products come from the MO warehouse and they do not send tracking numbers. We are working on this issue.
Q: Why is Kefir shipping so high?
A: Our Kefir is sent from Australia, to Louisiana and then to you. It usually takes 2 weeks. This is the only way we can get that high quality kefir into your hands intact.
Q: I have questions about the quality of Bella Mira Essentials Oils, I don't believe any are better than Young Living. Every other brand claims they are and they turn out to be terrible.

A: Our newsletter is supposed to come out monthly, but lately it has been bi-monthly. We think it is very dishonest and mean to sell email addresses. Our list is safely encrypted, and we promise we will not sell it.
