Q: Why don't you have a toll-free phone number?
A: Toll Free Numbers are very expensive and that cost would raise our prices 10%. If you cant afford the call email us your phone number and we will call you. Or email us. Most people have cell phones, VOIP, or other free long distance.
Q: I only received part of my order, did you forget it?
A: All Bella Mira Essentials, Blackwing Meats, Wines, Astrogenesis Software, and a few other items; are sent straight from the manufacturer or our warehouse to save you money and time as well as reducing impact on the environment from shipping each item over 3 times.
Q: How long does it take to get my order once it is placed?
We usually ship items as soon as payment clears ( yes even credit car charges can bounce) which can take up to 72 hours. We ship priority mail or FedEx. I usually takes about 1- 1 1/2 weeks.
Q: Do you email tracking info/ How will I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped. You can click on that link to see exactly where your order is. You will only get a tracking number for items from the OK warehouse, most essential oil products come from the MO warehouse and they do not send tracking numbers. We are working on this issue.

What does no interest if
paid in 3, 6, or 12 months mean?
"No interest" financing allows you to avoid paying any interest on the
promotional balance as long as the promotional balance is paid in full by the
end of the promotional period. For both the 6 month promotion (see

details), you are required to make a minimum
monthly payment on the promotional balance during the promotional period. For
the 3 month promotion, no minimum monthly payments are required on the

What does fixed payments

"Fixed monthly payments" financing allows you to make the same payment every

Can I purchase multiple
items from a seller and qualify for the best promotional financing offer?
When you purchase multiple items from a seller with a single payment and one of

will apply to the total purchase if the total transaction amount exceeds the
minimum purchase requirement for that promotion. If multiple items you purchase
from a seller have different promotional financing offers available, the
promotion deemed most favorable will be applied to your total purchase if the
total transaction amount exceeds the minimum purchase requirement for that

What if promotional
financing isn't offered on the eBay item I want to purchase?
