Namaste Italian Pasta Pisavera Gluten Free Cold Pasta Salad  Mix

An Italian Delight! Just boil this veggie brown rice pasta, drain, and add our delicious Italian Seasoning packet for a quick and easy side dish. Or, embellish with chopped chicken, artichoke hearts, peppers, you name it, for a satisfying entree!

Ingredients: Veggie pasta (brown rice flour, spinach powder, tomato powder, carrot powder, water), shelled hemp seed, sea salt, garlic, onion, Italian herbs.

Add oil.

Makes 4 side dish servings or 2 main dish servings.

It's Greek to Me" Pasta ( From The Namaste Cookbook)

1 pkg Namaste Foods Pasta Pisavera Pasta Meal
15-20 slices pepperoni, sliced in half
1 Pasta Pisavera seasoning packet
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
3 TBLS olive oil (or more to taste)

1. Add pasta to approximately 3 quarts of ,salted water.  Cook for 7-10
minutes or until desired tenderness (do not overcook).  Stir occasionally.  Drain.  Do not rinse.

2. When pasta is cooked and drained, put pasta back in pan.  Add remaining ingredients, heat through and serve.

Recipe Variation:  Add 1/4 cup pine nuts for a little more crunch.  Feel free to use pitted greek olives in place of black olives.  You can also add chopped red onion, green pepper or red pepper for even more flavor and crunch.

Note:  This doubles as a wonderful pasta salad served at room temperature or slightly chilled.

To make a delicious pasta salad with the Pasta Pisavera, just add some cilantro, roasted red, green and jalapeno peppers, corn, etc.  Make a dressing with mostly olive oil, a little mayonnaise, and some lime juice.  Chill for a couple hours in the fridge and you'll have a yummy cold pasta salad.
