Try making your own Marjoram essential oil honey by adding 3-6 drops according to your preference to 1 oz. of honey. Add honey according to your preference to a cup of hot tea. Very closely related to oregano and often cross bred with it.

Use: Sweet marjoram essential oil has been known to help the respiratory system, anti-spasmodic, augmenting intestinal peristalsis, expectorant, digestive stimulant, migraine headaches, arthritis, muscular aches and stiffness, sprains, bruises (may drain blood from bruises and speed healing), gas, sinusitis, chronic fatigue syndrome and strains.
