Sunburn
Are you prone to sunburns but never can find relief, try splashing some vinegar on your sunburn for quick relief of pain.

Tan, don't burn
If you love to get a tan but find that you usually burn, apply vinegar before going out in the sun and you will lessen the chances of getting sunburn!

Age spots
Use vinegar as a remedy for age spots by mixing equal parts of onion juice and vinegar and use it daily on age spots. This will take a few weeks to work, just like its expensive relative from the store but without the chemicals.

Home pedicure
For a free home pedicure use 1/2 cup of vinegar in a pan or bucket with six cups of warm water to soak your feet in. This will soften your skin. You can also use this method of soaking on your elbows if you find you have rough elbow skin.

Corns and calluses
If you have corns or calluses try this. Soak a piece of stale bread or a cloth, in vinegar and tape it over the affected area overnight. Use this remedy for a few nights and you will find relief. The area will just peel off after a few consecutive nights of treatment.

Sensitive skin
If you have sensitive skin, use vinegar in your bath water to keep bacteria from forming infections or starting rashes. Preventative measures.

Brittle nails
Soaking your nails in vinegar for as little as five minutes a day will help cure your brittle nails.

Clean your skin
Using your own toner mix of half and half water and vinegar mixed with two crushed aspirin will cause old cells to wash away. This will tighten you skin. Cost effective home remedy for a home facial!

Swollen skin
If you have swollen skin, run vinegar on the area, this is just as effective as ice.

Dry, chapped skin
If you have trouble controlling dry, chapped and cracked skin in the dry winter months, use vinegar with water (half and half solution) on a cloth soaking the affected areas. Or you could also use vinegar in your bath to promote quick healing.

Toenail funus
Do you have unsightly toenails? If you have a toe fungus problem use one part vinegar to one part warm water and soak your feet. This repeated over the course of a week will clear up your toenails.

Working hands
If you or someone your know uses plaster or clay daily you realize that they need relief for a ph imbalance because of the alkali in the material that they use. Use a half and half mixture of vinegar and water, soak hand for five minutes a day to minimilize the effects of the plaster or clay on your hands.

Softer skin
Do you want softer skin on your face? There are many older men who use vinegar as an after-shave to tighten their skin, kill bacteria and to soften their skin when used over a period of time. 

Itchy skin
If you have itchy burny skin because you suffer from haemorrhoids try vinegar for fast relief. Using a cotton ball or a cloth, dab in vinegar and dab the affected area. If you find the full strength vinegar does not agree with you, try a mixture of half water and half vinegar.

Warts
You can remove a wart by applying a lotion of half cider vinegar and half glycerine. Apply daily to warts until they dissolve.

Varicose veins
If you suffer from varicose veins try a splash of vinegar on your varicose veins. The vinegar will reduce the veins and relieves the pain and swelling.

Athlete's foot
Are you suffering from athlete's foot, try soaking in vinegar. Not only will this soften your feet, but also vinegar will kill the bacteria that cause athlete’s foot.
