Interesting Facts: The species name Agnus castus originates from the Greek agnos castus, meaning chaste, as the Greeks thought the plant calmed sexual passion.

Chaste Berry Oil Uses: Vitex Essential Oil  has traditionally been used for female hormonal problems, assisting to resume halted menstrual bleeding, stopping cramps and depression, relieving breast pains and swelling.
